Dear Conference Participants,

We are happy to inform you that here is  draft of the ABSTRACTS BOOK available.

We kindly ask you to please review all information related to your abstract and send any corrections to the following email address: eecera2007@issa.nl  by August 3, 2007. Because the Conference Program and the Abstracts Book need to be sent to the printer soon, unfortunately we cannot accomodate changes that come to us after that date.

We take this opportunity to also inform you about some technical issues, in case you will need to use equipment for your presentation:

- All PCs provided during the conference will have Office 2003 (EN version) with service pack 2, please use fonts for Microsoft Office 2003. If  you have different fonts in your presentation, please bring the font along so that it can be installed in the computer you will use.

- The resolution  for the  presentation should be: 1024 x 768.

- Presentation for plasma screen : manual for setting.

- Please use width 16, height 9 for your presentation. Open Powerpoint, file, page set up, and choose  width 16, height 9. Press OK and use this for your presentation.

- All video sections need to be separated out from presentation to a DVD - video disc, version PAL (726 x 576)

During the event participants will be able to use a „slide room", where presenters can give their presentation to our technicians and check that everything works alright. Please visit this slide room well in advance before your presentation. Presenters will be asked to leave a copy of their presentation (upload it to the computer in slide room) so that a technician can upload it to right session room in time before the session begins.
